1. Refunds

Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you’ve had an account with us before, canceled and signed up again, or if you have opened a second account with us or used coupon code while purchasing web hosting, you will not be eligible for a refund. Violations of this Agreement will waive your rights under the refund policy.

If you pay with a debit or credit card, Internet Banking, we will activate your account immediately after the payment is confirmed. Sending payment by offline modes, such as NEFT, IMPS, bank transfer, or another method offered on CCavanue, may cause your order to be processed late. We advised using the automated payment to prevent manual verification, and the order was activated instantly.

If you buy any of this hosting you have only 7 Days for claim your refund. Your email id need verified for your refund claim. When You will get refund we will charge 50 Rupees either 18% of your Hosting Price because we don’t charge any kind of money to anyone for setup. If you able to get refund you need to raise a ticket on you dashboard. After within 72 hours you will get your refund amount on your credit balance. Once if you get any kind of refund your are not eligible any kind of offers and discount.

2. Non-refundable Products and Services.

Not with standing anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, there are no refunds of any fee (including without limitation, administrative fee and/or tax) on dedicated servers, domains, reseller hosting services or additional products or services such as Codeguard, Digital Certificates, shared VPS hosting, SiteLock install fees for custom software, and/or any other products or services of the Company.
3. Cancellation Process.

Eco Hosting services may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage or distribution of any information, data or material in violation of any applicable law or regulation or that may directly facilitate the violation of any particular law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material; trademarks; trade secrets or other intellectual property rights used without proper authorization; material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws..
